Terms of use
These terms apply to every app made by Technolans, including Livery. By installing or using an app, you agree to them.
1. Licence
Technolans gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use each app on devices you own or control, for your own use, as the app's Microsoft Store listing allows. Technolans keeps all rights in the apps not granted here.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute an app, except as these terms or the Store allow.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble an app, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this term.
- Remove copyright or other notices from an app.
- Use an app to break the law or to harm others.
3. Your files and settings
Your settings, layouts and any theme files you create or export belong to you. Apps work on your PC and do not take ownership of anything you make.
4. Free and paid features
Free versions of our apps are free to use. If we offer a paid upgrade, the Store listing and the purchase page will state what it includes and its price before you buy. Purchases are handled by Microsoft Store and are also subject to Microsoft's terms and refund policies.
5. Updates and changes
We may update our apps, and may change, add or remove features. We will try not to remove features you rely on without good reason.
6. No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to make them reliable, but we do not promise they will be error-free or work on every PC and configuration. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Technolans is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits or lost use, arising from your use of an app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 6 and 7, continue afterwards.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using an app after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
